Device Jobs

Every device operation is queued as a job. The job is executed when the device is connected and ready. You can see all your jobs and status in the Troubleshoot -> Jobs view.

A job can be in one of the following states:

Jobs Status

Status	Description
Complete	Executed job that completed successfully
Running	Job currently being executed
Waiting	Job waiting for the device to be ready
Retry	A failed job that is waiting for another attempt
Failed	Failed job

If a job fails, the system may attempt to run the job multiple times. Clicking a job, opens a more detailed info with the message sent to the device, the number of attempts, and an error description if such exist.

All jobs are kept in the system for a week. To delete jobs earlier, select the jobs for deletion and click on the “Delete Jobs” button.
